Can you tell me how to get replacement parts, hopefully in Toronto, Ontario? Specifically, I'm looking for heat difuser plates and burners for the SS48 sold at Rona.
I just won a Patio Range SK 472-8, imported by S.R. Potten. I have no need of it and am going to try to sell it, but I cannot find it anywhere on the net and want to know what it is worth.
I just found their toll free line: 1-800-667-7313. I have the SS54 that I bought from Costco under the Patio Chef name and the burners and heat diffuser plates are gone on it also.
I have a SS48 Patio Chef model bought at RONA. Burner and grids have all rusted. I found a company in the US which sells parts but just the heat plate (including shipping) would cost me $125. Way too expensive!
We do not carry parts by SR Potten. I do not believe that this part was ordered from us. Please check with your son which company he ordered from. This is the reply I got back from Grill Mate. My son gave me a 4 pc. stainless steel set for Father's day. The box says the Spatula has a cutting edge, mine didn't. Why? I hope you send me the right one. the #s on the box are: #210355 and below is #029063. please rectify. Thanks Norman Datt
The knob on the regulator broke this weekend on my portable bbq from S.R. Potten. I called them up and they are going to send a new one out to me, no questions asked, other than model and my address. Can you say, 'repeat customer'. Great customer service!!
I HAVE A GRILLMATE PR5OOO BBQ.I CALLED ABOUT ORDERING A LEFT SIDE SHELF.I RECEIVED ONE BUT IT NOT THE SAME AS THE OLD ONE.NEW ONE IS METAL AND OLD ONE IS PLASTIC.NO PROBLEM EXCEPT THE SHAPE IS DIFFERENT AND HOW IT BOLTS FAST IS NOT THE SAME.I HAVE TALKED TO SERVICE PEOPLE AND SENT PICTURES BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN ANY ANSWERS ON WHY THEY SENT THIS ONE.I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS LACK OF RESPONSE.
We purchased a Grillmate BBQ Model #L1150/GBC1001W-C from Zellers.
When we opened to assemble we found that part #28 (upper right cart frame)is missing. We can not assemble without this part. How can we get this problem rectified?
Looking for the replacement side burner of the model SS72B (Rona). Rust got in the burner and all the side is dangerous to operate. Please help me on this problem
